Suggested volunteer time slots (can be modified, many slots need more than one volunteer):
Pre-race-
- Packet pick-up August 12th 4-8pm
- Packet pick-up August 13th 4-7pm
- Race site set-up August 13th 9am-noon
- Race site set-up August 13th noon-3pm
- Race site set-up August 13th 3pm-6pm
Race day-
- Race number body markings 530am-7am
- Swim safety (kayakers and life guards) 7-9am
- Transition zone official 6am-9am
- Transition zone official 9am-noon
- Drafting official (motorbike) 8am-noon
- Aid station crew (bike) 8am-1pm
- Aid station crew (run) noon-4pm
- Finish line crew 11am-4pm
- Awards crew 2pm-3pm
- Nutrition staff 11am-2pm
- Nutrition staff 2pm-5pm
- Race site tear down 4pm-7pm
